  4.     Documentation for setting up a locale for Football

  8.    Football now supports locales for the scripts, the main program will be
  9.   converted soon. What follows are instructions for setting up a locale,
  10.   if you have any problems then email me at 'mark@blue-shantung.demon.co.uk'.

  14.     1. Copy contents of "Locale/english" to "Locale/<language name>".

  17.     2. In this directory, there will be directories Exec and User and two
  18.        other files, Football.locale_cup and Football.locale_data. These
  19.        contain global definitions such as day and month names.
  20.  
  21.     3. Edit these files, including all the ones in the directory, maintaining
  22.        the length of the strings and, spaces are required at the end!
  23.  
  24.     4. If your testing has some formatting problems, let me know and we'll
  25.        correct it.

  27.     5. If all goes well and you're using Football with your national language,
  28.        then I congratulate you. It took me endless hours to convert them so
  29.        I know how you feel.

  31.     6. The next step is send me the locale archived with LHA and I'll include
  32.        it on the web site and in the main archive.
